The Chatbot Playground provides a live testing environment where you can interact with your chatbot and monitor its behavior in real-time. This interface combines a chat preview with detailed session logs to help you fine-tune your chatbot's performance.

  • Status Indicator: Shows your chatbot's online/offline status
  • Chat Interface:
    • Displays your configured chatbot avatar and name
    • Shows welcome message and chatbot responses
    • Features a message input field for testing interactions
    • Reflects your chosen theme and branding
  • Delete Button: Allows you to clear the current chat session

The logs panel provides real-time technical information about your chat session:
