Tokens Settings
The Tokens settings section in ChatNexus allows you to configure important limits on user interactions, ensuring optimal chatbot performance and resource management. This guide walks you through each setting and its impact on the chatbot experience.

Max Message Input Length
- Description: Defines the maximum number of characters a user can enter in a single message.
- Default Value:
5000
- Purpose: Prevents excessively long messages that may strain system resources or cause unintended behavior.
- Example: If a user attempts to enter more than the allowed characters, they will see the following message:
"You have reached the maximum characters allowed for your message."
Max User Questions Per Session
- Description: Specifies the total number of messages a user can send within a single chatbot session.
- Default Value:
20
- Purpose: Helps regulate chatbot usage and prevents excessive interactions from overwhelming the system.
- Example: Once the limit is reached, users will receive the following notification:
"You have reached the maximum number of messages allowed for this session."
User Session Limit Reached Message
- Description: The notification displayed when a user has reached the maximum number of interactions within a session.
- Default Message: "You have reached the maximum number of messages allowed for this session."
- Customization: You can modify this message to provide additional instructions or alternative support options.
Resume Chat Text
- Description: This message appears during the cooldown period before a user can start a new chat session.
- Default Message: "You can chat again in"
- Purpose: Informs users about session restrictions and helps manage user expectations.
Session Duration
- Description: Defines the length of a chat session in minutes.
- Purpose: Ensures that conversations have a structured timeframe, allowing for better chatbot performance management.
