Track your chatbot's performance with usage metrics, conversation analytics, and engagement data.
Analytics Dashboard
The Analytics dashboard provides insights into how users interact with your chatbot. Access it from the Analytics tab in the left sidebar.
Key Metrics

Usage Tracking
The analytics panel shows:
- Daily/weekly/monthly message volume trends
- Peak usage hours to optimize business hours
- Token consumption against your plan limits
- Active vs. inactive conversation ratios
Conversation Insights
Review individual conversations to:
- Identify common user questions
- Spot gaps in your knowledge base
- Find areas where the bot struggles
- Track agent escalation rates
Best Practices
- Review weekly — Check analytics at least once a week to catch trends early
- Act on gaps — If users frequently ask questions the bot can't answer, add that content to your Knowledge Base
- Monitor limits — Keep an eye on token and message usage to avoid hitting plan limits
